To book a Tryke ride, follow these steps:
That's it! With these simple steps, you can easily book a Tryke ride and enjoy a convenient and hassle-free transportation experience.
If a Tryke driver cancels your ongoing booking, the app will automatically search for another nearby driver to continue your ride. You may experience a short delay as the app searches for another available driver.
In some cases, if the driver cancels the ride without a valid reason or repeatedly cancels rides, you can report the issue to Tryke’s customer support team. They will investigate the issue and take appropriate action to ensure that you have a smooth and satisfactory ride experience.
If you experience any issues during your ride, such as unsafe driving or inappropriate behavior from the driver, you can report the issue to Tryke’s customer support team through the app or their website. Tryke takes these issues seriously and will investigate the issue and take appropriate action to ensure your safety and comfort.
You can cancel your booking at any time. Simply tap on your booking, tap on Cancel, and Yes, Cancel.
If you cancel 3 or more times, your account will be put on a less priority in finding a ride.
If your driver asked you to cancel the ride, you are under no obligation to do so.
Drivers agree to honor accepted trips and are encouraged not to cancel except in an emergency. If you have already canceled and selected Driver asked to cancel, we have your feedback and will use it to maintain high driver quality.
Tryke drivers earn money by receiving a portion of the fare passengers pay for each ride. The amount drivers earn depends on various factors, such as the distance traveled and the duration of the ride.
Tryke operates on a commission-based model, where the company takes a percentage of the fare as its fee and the remaining amount is paid to the driver. The percentage taken by Tryke varies depending on the area and the specific service offered which is 20% of the fare.
In addition to the fare, Tryke drivers can also earn money through incentives and bonuses offered by the company. These can include sign-up bonuses, referral bonuses for bringing in new riders or drivers, and bonuses for completing a certain number of rides in a given time.
It's worth noting that drivers are responsible for their own expenses such as fuel, maintenance, and insurance, which can affect their overall earnings.
To check your Tryke balance, follow these steps:
If you have multiple payment methods linked to your Tryke account, make sure to select the correct payment method to view the balance for that specific account. Additionally, you can also check your transaction history by clicking on "Transaction History" on the same page to see a list of all your previous transactions and the corresponding balances.
Tryke drivers are not required to maintain a minimum balance to accept bookings.
However, before accepting a booking, the driver's Tryke Wallet balance should have enough funds to cover the estimated fare for the ride. If the driver's balance is insufficient, Tryke Wallet will prompt the driver to top up the balance before the ride can be accepted.
If you have any specific questions or concerns about your Tryke account balance or accepting bookings, you can contact your Tryke Operator or customer service for assistance.
The earnings of a Tryke driver can vary depending on several factors such as location, time of day, demand for rides, and the driver's hours worked. Tryke drivers in different regions also receive different rates per ride.
To get a more accurate estimate of potential earnings, you can visit the Tryke website and view the rates and incentives for drivers in your area. Additionally, you can speak to current Tryke drivers in your area to get an idea of their earnings and the overall demand for rides.
An Operator applicant must have the following basic requirements:
A franchise fee of Fifteen Thousand Pesos (Php 15,000.00 consumable) will be collected for the Operator Accounts; and
Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 500,000.00 Consumable) for a Master Operator Account
Franchise Fees will be collected via Online Banking, Cheques and or Cash
A 10% commission per ride will be granted to the operators via load system.
How it works:
The 15,000 pesos franchise fee will be converted into top-up points plus the 10% commission. The sum of 16,500 points will be handed to Tryke drivers in exchange of cash for their system load (App usage charges). The 10% profit will be collected via cash from your Tryke drivers. Operators can register up to One Hundred (100) Tryke drivers under one account. The more Tryke drivers registered under your account, the more you can earn.
A master operator will have a 7% commission. The initial amount of 500,000 Pesos plus the 17% (10% operator commission + 7% Master Operator commission) combined will be converted into top-up points which will be loaded into Master Operators WALLET.
The system works like a domino effect: Admin-Master Operator-Operator-Tryke Driver-Customer.
Master Operators will be the head of all operators per area or municipality.
Master Operators are carefully selected by the Owners of the company only.
Master Operators can register multiple accounts of operators under their account depending on how big their respective area is (1 operator per Barangay or 1 operator per cluster of Barangays). The Bigger your network, the bigger your earnings will be.
